By completing the form you agree to abied by all league rules and policies that are set forth by each league member team and league. League all star co head coaches will select 55 guys to compete for the right to represent the MFL All-star team. Each player is required to register with the league by April 30th, 2015. Failure to do so will result in possible non selection to the all star game. Players who represent will be responsible to provide game pants as the color chosen by the league which will be a solid color.
Payment of $10.00 can be sent via check or money order from team whole or indivial player to league office 3637 SE 6th Suite W15 Topeka, Kansas 66607. Our Treasurer will be accountable for all payments made for all-star fund and be seperated from league general fund.
